SportsVue – Sports Facility Management Platform

Built a full-stack SaaS platform for sports facilities to manage lessons, score games, run tournaments, and process payments—all in one integrated system. Features include real-time game scoring for 6 sports, session scheduling with conflict detection, credit-based payment packages via Stripe, and multi-role dashboards.

Enterprise Data Pipeline Platform

Designed and operated large-scale data processing pipelines across 4,000+ retail store environments. Built Jenkins-driven workflows that extract, transform, and aggregate data from legacy POS software, converting DBF formats into modern CSV and Parquet outputs delivered to S3 for reporting, analytics, and partner integrations.

Implemented structured failure logging, retry mechanisms, prefix-level timing metrics, and automated cleanup logic—significantly reducing manual intervention and enabling the platform to scale with growing data volumes.

Partner Data Export System

Built and maintained partner-facing data export pipelines for major analytics firms including Circana, Nielsen, and Carbon Arc. These exports span multiple product lines, each with different schemas, business rules, and data sources.

Ensured accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery across all partner feeds, strengthening external relationships and reducing operational risk through automated validation and monitoring.

Auto-Scaling Infrastructure System

Designed and implemented an automated infrastructure scaling workflow that proactively monitors AWS Application Load Balancer target counts. When predefined thresholds are reached, the system automatically triggers Terraform workflows to provision new ALB capacity before resources are exhausted.

This eliminated timing gaps during instance growth, reduced risk of service degradation or downtime, and ensured the platform scales seamlessly as new cloud instances are deployed.
